When David Kono was 15 years old, he had a dream. He wanted to start a used car dealership to sell cars to his friends for less than they would pay anywhere else, while making a little money himself – at least more than the $9 per hour he was making at a local golf course.
Today, Route 6 Auto is a fulfillment of that dream. Until David turns 18, his dad is along for the ride.
